SHOPPING CONDITIONS
1- General:
These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products executed in Spain, including Ceuta and Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Mega Music, to individuals.
Any request made to Mega Music necessarily implies, decisive and essential condition, the acceptance without reservations by the customer of the General Sales Conditions on the day the corresponding order is placed. The customer acknowledges that the acceptance of the conditions will imply the application of them to the order and also to any subsequent request with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by Mega Music. The fact that Mega Music does not appeal at any time to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing to appeal to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
2- Prices:
The prices published in Mega Music are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale. The offers on products for sale in Mega Music will be shown in the section "Offers" or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen
3- Different modes of payment:
When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in Mega Music by: Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer and AmazonPay.
4- Product:
The offers in Mega Music are valid within the limit of available stocks. Mega Muscic reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not compromise the seller in any way.
5- Shipments:
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration in Mega Music.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.
However, your delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.

RETURNS
Returns:
Mega Music offers a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The 14-day return policy allows you to return the products you want in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for sale.
Devolution costs:
If you return a product due to an error by Mega Music, we will bear the costs of the return. If you want to return a product without any error by Mega Music, the costs are borne by the buyer. In case of damaged or defective products Mega Music will bear the costs of return within the indicated period of 14 days.
Refund Processing:
The processing of the refund takes 2-3 weeks.
Changes of damaged or defective products:
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, we can replace it with an identical one. You must return the damaged or defective product within a maximum period of 14 days and once received and verified we will make the replacement shipment.
Product damaged during shipment:
If you receive a damaged product during the shipment, you must inform the carrier in writing that you have received the damaged package and in any case refuse delivery for that reason or by contacting us.
Incorrect Product:
If you receive an incorrect product you can return the product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products under warranty:
You can return a defective product within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can also contact the manufacturer of the product directly to see if you can repair it.
Warranty period:
All products have a warranty period of 2 years, except for books and sheet music. Mega Music only covers as a warranty period the first 30 days, then the other 47 months are covered by the manufacturer, which should address any claim. Keep all information regarding the warranty of your product. Contact the manufacturer to try to solve the problem since once the 2-year period has passed, the manufacturer will not take care of the repair and / or replacement of the product.
