Do prices include VAT?

No, prices are shown without taxes. In Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) you must pay 4% taxes on music publications and 18% on instruments and accessories. Purchases to other countries would not include taxes.

 

Do I have to pay delivery rates?

Delivery rates are included during the shopping proccess. The rates depend on the country and the weight of the item.

 

When will my order arrive?

Spain: 24  to 48 hours.
Europe, USA and Canada: 10 days.
South America and Africa: 30 to 45 days.
Asia and Oceania: 45 to 60 days.

These are conditons for in-stock items, if the items are not in stock, the delivery will be delayed in 10 to 15 days.

 

When will I receive the invoice?

You will receive your invoice with your order.

 

Can I return the items?

Return is not allowed unless your item is defective. In this case you may inform us within 15 days in order to change it for a new one.

 

Can I check my order status?

You can contact us by email or telephone to know anything about your order status.

 

What do you do with my personal details?

Your personal details are collected and private stored only for the use as client of Mega Music. We are responsible of these personal details in accordance with the Spanish Act 15/1999 (LOPD).

 

What can I do if the delivery has damaged my item?

In this case, please, contact us and we will tell you the way to return it. In order to make a complaint to the transport company, please send it within 7 days after receipt. If the item is defective, please send it within 15 days and we will check it out and change it for a new one.

 

It is safety to pay by credit card?

Yes. The payment by credit card is completely safety and secure, so you are operating with a bank which offers you all guarantees.

 

Can I buy out of Spain?

Of course, you can buy worldwide.
